Rainy Days and Mondays

A local anchor mentioned how we talk a lot about the weather this side of town. It's true!

The weather seems to dictate how we prepare for our days, quite a bit, I must say. Why is that?

I suppose when it's a possibility to see snow, rain, and sun all in one day, what's a person to do but be ready for all 3, no?
