With today's weather, it felt like we're hurtling back to fall, skipping summer entirely. Bah!

My day started out normal enough. But then, as the day wore on, the energy level just kept on going down, rather than up.  By the end of the day, I felt really tired. Worse, I looked really tired, so I was told. Bah!

Even hubs told me my eyes looked tired a minute ago. More bah!

Guess this is what happens when one had a long weekend and thinking it was a long weekend, decided to tackle long overdue chores around the house, which got one sore all over, but at the end, feeling quite satisfied that things were done, finally... yippee... boo... yippee...

Here's to the rest of the week! HAH!

Better Than Yesterday

With the kind of work week I had, I can't express how glad I am it's Saturday.

Funny enough, today's outfit is a wholla better than yesterday's (def not worth the post), considering I worked yesterday, and am not today. Hah!

I still have overflow of work from last week, or I should say, more than usual overflow, so I'm thinking I may just do a bit of that this weekend... Did I just write what I just wrote? Am I crazy?!?!... Apparently I am... hmmm, I may have just changed my mind after all... maybe...

Luckily, the pants I ordered last week arrived a few days ago. Hah! So couldn't have found a better time to try out, I thought.

As glad as I am that tomorrow's Friday, (I can't believe I'm gonna say this) I have so much stuff to do at work, it feels like I need another workday. Bah!

At least it's gonna be a long weekend, thank you stat holiday!

Actually, thanks to this pic, I've found a reason to look for this color of pants. How sad is that? Meh... I do quite like this color. I should really say that I've found another reason, that's all...

When I heard that rain might be coming back sooner than the Weather Network originally predicted, I felt the urge all of a sudden to wear these pants.

Needless to say, the pants got a lot of attention today. Good attention, thank god. At least, that's what they say to my face. I'll settle for that. hehe

I was supposed to meet some colleagues for dinner tonight but the plan got cancelled. Kinda' glad coz I'm a lil pooped. So what did I do? Stayed later at work, that's what!

Today felt better than yesterday, somewhat. Thank god!

Not even really sure why but this one case just got me so worked up that I was thinking about it even as I was about to go to sleep last night. Cray cray!!! And people who know me will say that it's so unlike me. Fortunately, like I said, today went much better than yesterday, generally speaking. Whew!

The weather was still nice, not as warm as they predicted, but still nice.

To treat myself today, I decided to go for a pedi. I always find the whole thing relaxing, from the massage chair to the calf massage, and everything in between.

Fresh Linen

I wish everyday's like today. And more importantly, I wish I didn't have to work on a day like today, but that's neither here nor there.

If I'm not mistaken, today is even nicer than the last 2 days. I'd say what a way to start the week. If only that's all it takes to get a week going right. *sigh*

Anyhoot, moving along, I think it's supposed to be nice for the rest of the week, albeit not as warm. But who cares! As long as it's sunny. More than we can hope for, this time of the year. Until the rain comes back anyway.

What a Week!

Now that it's Saturday, kinda' scary how this week flew by soooo fast.

Time flies when you're having fun, eh? Actually, no. This week felt more like time flies when you wear 3 hats at work and faced with 10 tasks at a time. O well...

Didn't realize how exhausted I was until last night when I passed out briefly on the couch while waiting for dinner then going to bed by 10, passing out shortly after, and waking up at around 9 this morning. Eeeek!!
